Knee Massager Methods of Usage:

• Take the massager on your knees and fix it with the band in your comfortable position closed to your knees.
• Short press the power button to start the massage.
• It enters into medium mode automatically when you start the machine, medium pressure, medium temperature, and vibration function start. 
• When you start to massage, all the function keys light on, and the panel displays the corresponding icons. 
• You can turn off the machine by short press the power button.
• To choose the different temperature levels, short press the Heating Function Icon. (High, Medium & Low options).
• To turn off the heating function, long-press the Heating Function Icon, it will turn off with a buzzer sound.
• To choose the different kneading intensity levels, short-press the Air Function Icon. The panel will display different intensity levels. (High, Medium and Low options)
• To turn off the kneading function, long-press the Air Function Icon, it will turn off with a buzzer sound.
• It automatically turns off after 15 minutes of massage.
